Fairfields Farm lies on the Pevensey Levels, an area of natural beauty and one of just four National Nature Reserves in East Sussex. Stretching over 10,000 acres between Eastbourne and Hastings, the area is a large grazing marsh and home to many species of wetland bird and wildlife.

It’s also home to our 200-acre family-run working farm and campsite. Despite our semi-rural and rather idyllic setting we’re easy to reach by road and rail and there’s lots to see right on our doorstep.

What Our Guests Say

Fairfields is a lovely adult only camp site. The pitches are grass only but they have water and electricity. There is a little shop in reception that has basic necessities. The facilities are all clean and well maintained. Pevensey bay and Eastbourne are only a few miles up the road and easy to get to, even walking. Just round the corner from the site is a railway station from which you can access other places, there are also plenty of buses. A 5 min walk gets you to the Heron a lovely little local pub with plenty of things going on. Overall Fairfields is a lovely stay.

Just wanted to say I’ve had an amazing time at Fairfields this year in my micro camper van. I only live in Pevensey Bay, but being able to nip away for a few days here and there has been wonderful. I have MS and my husband has converted my van into a wonderful camper designed just for me. This has allowed me to travel a small way to enjoy the peace and tranquility of your campsite. I just love all the animals and birds and my favourite spot is to be as near to the pond as I can. It has been truly wonderful. You have the most wonderful fun and helpful staff.
