Park Rules

The speed limit on the park is 5mph.

Noise nuisance, loud music and offensive language will not be tolerated.

Children must not be allowed to play in or around the facilities block or in the park entrance, and must be supervised at all times.

Children riding cycles, scooters, etc. must keep to the roads and not ride between caravans or tents.

No paddling pools or excessive water usage.

Dogs and children must not chase the ducks or other animals.
-
Fishing is only permitted on the lake and not on the duck pond or rivers.

No night fishing.

Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and dog’s mess must be cleared up.

Dogs must not be left unattended on the park.

Gazebos (max 3M) are permitted but will incur an additional charge.

Barbecues are permitted, but must be raised off the ground and not allowed to burn the grass (bricks are usually available from the bin area, but must be returned).

Strictly no open fires.

All pitches must be vacated be 12 noon on the day of departure unless by prior arrangement with reception or the warden.

Tickets relating to your stay and departure must be clearly displayed at all times.

No washing of caravans or cars on site.

No vans or commercial vehicles allowed.

No generators allowed.

The entrance barrier will be locked between the hours of 10.30pm and 7.30am allowing pedestrian access only. A parking area is provided beside the bin area for your use, should you wish to arrive or depart with your vehicle during these hours. There is also additional parking in the site entrance, but cars parked here must be removed by 9.00am the following morning.
Please Note: These rules have been put in place for your own safety and to ensure that all our customers have an enjoyable stay. Anyone causing a nuisance should be reported to reception or the warden, and we will endeavour to resolve the problem. Persons continually causing a nuisance to others will be evicted from the site without a refund.

All anglers over 12 years of age must possess an Environment Agency Rod Licence

Only BARBLESS hooks to be used

Disgorgers must be used to remove hooks

No lines to be left unsupervised

Children must have adult supervision at all times

No fish to be removed from the lake
Please note that there are some large Carp in the lake, of which we are proud. If caught, please treat them carefully and return them to the lake unharmed, so they will be there for others to enjoy in the future.
